On 133 kilometers of perfectly groomed trails, beginners and experienced cross-country skiers alike will find ideal conditions. If you wish, you can learn the proper technique in a cross-country skiing course.

Whether with friends, as a couple, or with the whole family: a fun toboggan run is great fun and adds variety to your holiday. Around Val Gardena, several natural toboggan runs await you in impressive landscapes. Between descents, you can refuel and warm up at the mountain huts, and often also rent a sled. Then it's time to head downhill.
